The breakfast was satisfactory. I was assigned a handicap room despite not needing one. The front desk staff refused to accommodate my request to move, citing busyness. My reservation, made well in advance, felt insignificant. The amenities were excellent, and the staff members were friendly, accommodating, and always available. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The location was conveniently situated in a decent and safe area. The manager was friendly and helpful. The TV placement was slightly odd.

The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the rooms neat and tidy. The managers were attentive and made an effort to interact with the guests. I also appreciated the security measures in place and the hotel's layout. The location was great, with plenty of nearby stores and restaurants. Additionally, having a kitchen area with a fridge was convenient for storing leftovers. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
