The value for money at Towneplace Suites was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff treated us with utmost kindness and always had a friendly smile on their faces. They were very helpful throughout our stay.

Great Hotel with Spacious Rooms and Excellent Facilities

We recently stayed at Towneplace Suites and were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms. Traveling with our family of four, it was important for us to have enough room to accommodate everyone comfortably, and this hotel definitely delivered. The suite rooms provided us with the extra space we needed, with a separate bedroom and bath, allowing us to get work done in the living area without disturbing our sleeping child.

This hotel provides a little more room than a typical hotel, which is great for families with kids. The pool is awesome and kids love it! The location is convenient, just across the street from the Mayo NW clinic and nearby shopping area with numerous restaurants. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are provided.

We had a great stay in this conveniently located hotel. Being close to downtown and the Mayo Clinic, we were able to easily access all the places we needed to go. There were also plenty of local restaurants nearby, making dining options convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy gas fireplace and separate bedroom. The breakfast offered a delicious spread and the coffee was excellent. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing us to stay active during our stay.

We did experience some noise from the cars parked outside, which affected our sense of privacy.

The suite rooms at this hotel were spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a full size fridge, mini dishwasher, and a full oven with a glass top. the hotel also had a nice pool, perfect for families with children. Additionally, the location of the hotel, right off the highway, was convenient for those visiting the clinic or in town for an extended stay.

The bed in the suite room was uncomfortable and resulted in a restless sleep. the fixtures in the room were dated, with limited charging ports and areas to plug in devices.
