The room had Netflix and Bluetooth options on the TV. The bed was great and the kitchen was handy. The staff were polite and nice.

It was all superb.

The hotel property and room were spotlessly clean and had a modern design. Check-in was easy and the hotel seemed well-stocked with everything a traveler might need. The bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious. The hotel also had a beautifully decorated pool and hot tub.

We were meeting two other couples just to visit. Towneplace Suites was more than accommodating!! After breakfast, the six of us sat around the community table in the lobby and continued visiting well into the afternoon!! Thank you for making us feel so welcome. Secondly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail, including a kitchenette that was perfect for my needs. The most comfortable pillows and bed I’ve ever slept on! the breakfast was great too, with a variety of options like scrambled eggs and English muffins with cheese. the hotel is situated in a great location, close to the mall and other attractions, which made getting around easy and convenient.

There was no way to rent movies on the TV unless you had your own. the ice machine was not on my floor, and I had to go to a different one to get ice.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the layout was well-designed. the hotel was conveniently located near shopping places, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and recommendations for dining options.

The pool facilities were a major disappointment. the chlorine levels in the pool were so strong that it caused discomfort and breathing difficulties for my family.
