Grab and go breakfast with yogurt and orange juice was a nice surprise. Front desk staff, Rhonda, was sweet and professional. Room set up was nice and staff was friendly. Kids enjoyed cookies and hot cocoa. Pool was great for kids.

The hotel had a convenient downtown location with easy access from Route 15. the parking was secure and across the street. the room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and a huge shower. the bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. the complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a great selection including delicious oatmeal. the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and the cost was competitive for the quality offered.

The view from the room was not great, but it was expected being in a downtown setting. the room wasn't clean upon arrival, and the housekeeping schedule was infrequent.

I had a great stay at this hotel in downtown. The location was perfect, with shopping, restaurants, and all the events we wanted to attend within easy walking distance. As old folks, we really appreciated the separate sleeping quarters and a table for meals at Towneplace Suites. It was a relief to have a comfortable space to relax and enjoy our stay. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even better. And it was a huge bonus to be able to bring our dog along with us instead of leaving them in a kennel.
