The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the Danish Church Museum and a Viking's ship. the woman at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade our room to a larger one at no extra charge, and she provided an ashtray with a smile. the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious.

The room had a strong smell of smoke, which made it difficult for me to breathe properly. the noise from the floor above and the creaky floorboards were quite loud and disruptive.

We had an amazing stay here! The best aspects were the clean room, comfortable beds, and tasty breakfast. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, unlocking the meeting room for us and even making us coffee. The location was great, with plenty of retail and restaurants nearby, and we didn't have any issues with train traffic noise. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, and we appreciated the convenient parking.
