Our room felt cozy and welcoming with its air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private bathroom. The TV with cable channels was a nice touch, and the free bottled water was a thoughtful perk.

I personally found the limited pet-friendly rooms a bit of a downside, but I understand others might not mind this.

The outside rooms were perfect for us as we brought our pets along. No elevator hassle!

As women traveling alone, we loved the convenient location near the trolley system and helpful staff. They even provided us with laundry mat information and breakfast coupons. The room was spacious, clean, and had nice amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea. The hotel also had a 24-hour fitness center and was just a short ride away from downtown.

The location of the hotel is alright. Although it's a long walk to downtown, it's close to the trolley stop at Cadillac Jack's. The hotel is down the hill which makes for a nice scenic walk. The covered parking is a plus, as well as the dedicated pet area. The breakfast was great with lots of options.

It's a shame that the staff doesn't keep up with the cleanliness in the rooms. The table next to the bed was dirty and the room we were given was less comfortable than a regular one.

The pet fee was reasonable, and there was a nice-sized area for dogs to relieve themselves. The suite room was perfect for my family, with spacious rooms and individual bathrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions for entertainment. the location and amenities were great, and I was thrilled with my stay.

The hotel was well located close to restaurants and bars, and it had covered parking which was a bonus. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. there were two complementary facts that we enjoyed, which helped save us money during our business trip.

The hotel was dated and seemed like it hadn't been renovated for a long time. the room was small and had poor lighting, making it feel dark and dingy.
