The hotel's location was perfect for our team's activities, and the staff went above and beyond to help us find a room when the hotel was supposedly sold out. Special shoutout to Alex for his outstanding service. The availability of transportation to the airport was a great convenience. The front desk lady was friendly, and I appreciated the wide selection of snacks and drinks available. The snow brooms provided in the front were a bonus, especially with the unexpected foot of snow we got. a fantastic stay.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with a different location for the fire/smoke detector in the room, as it blinked throughout the night and kept me awake. Also, when ordering Uber Eats, it's important to be clear that it's the Tru by Hilton and not the Hilton Gardens down the road.

We recently stayed at a hotel close to the airport and had the best experience at Tru By Hilton. the setup was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. One girl in particular stood out as she took care of us from the moment we arrived until late at night when we returned from our outing. She had been running the front desk and driving the shuttle all day with the help of her coworkers. We were impressed by her dedication and the overall friendliness of the staff.

The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the effort to keep it sanitized during these times. Though there was a small issue with the shower in our initial room, the staff quickly and efficiently moved us to a new room without any hassle. we had a positive experience and would recommend Tru By Hilton for a comfortable and accommodating stay.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, there were several aspects that I really enjoyed. the breakfast provided was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options. the shuttle service to nearby necessities and the airport was a pleasant surprise and made getting around much easier.

There were a couple of aspects that I found disappointing. there was only one chair in the room for two people, which made it inconvenient for both of us to sit comfortably.
