I recently stayed at Tru By Hilton for a weekend getaway. The room layout was unique and I loved the bright colors. The storage space under the beds was convenient. The wall-mounted containers of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were a nice touch. The full hot breakfast was delicious, and the lobby stocked with snacks was a great perk. The pool table in the lobby and the traditional workout room were fantastic amenities. I had a perfect stay and encountered extremely nice staff members.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The lobby of the hotel is amazing! They have a pool table, board games, coloring supplies and swing chairs. My kids loved it! The hotel is pet-friendly and there are amenities available in the lobby. Our room was clean and comfortable. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Not one thing.

I had a great stay at Tru Hilton in Florence. The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was convenient, right off I-95 and near Route 52. The staff treated me exceptionally well, especially the people at reception who were very helpful. I also loved the unique touch of a fire pit in the hotel.

While the breakfast options were fine, it would have been better if there were hotter water available for tea. Other than that, I couldn't find any faults in my stay.

Staff was friendly and spoke to us. Breakfast was more than enough and the coffee was good. We liked having a variety of snacks available in the lobby. the walk-in shower in the room was convenient, especially for elderly guests.

Very little to no mask-wearing in the facility. the elevators and hallways were not clean and had a funky smell.
