My stay at Tru By Hilton was for leisure, and it was delightful. the oceanfront room with a balcony was a highlight, offering a serene view. the hotel's cleanliness is commendable, and the breakfast was satisfying. the staff's friendliness, the prime location near the beach and Pleasure Pier, and the easy check-in/out process were all impressive aspects. Additionally, the availability of pet-friendly accommodations was a big plus.

Amenities include lotion, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash provided in the bathroom. Large television with a personalized greeting on arrival. Elevators have minimal wait times.

This hotel has an amazing location right on the seawall, offering beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to all the weekend activities. The staff, especially the friendly front desk clerks and the attentive cleaning team, made our stay memorable. The newer hotel design was stylish and the elevator had a pleasant clean smell. The basic amenities in the room, like the comfortable bed and the clean linens, ensured a cozy and relaxing experience.

All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations.

Our stay at Tru By Hilton was fantastic! The hotel had a stylish design and the front desk clerks were extremely friendly. The elevator had a lovely, clean smell and the cleaning team, except for one man, was fantastic. They were patient and polite while waiting for us to switch rooms. Special mention to the head cleaning woman who was so nice and understanding. I truly regret forgetting to tip them as they deserved it.

The view from the balcony was stunning, and we could not get enough of it. the room was spotless, which is what you expect from a hotel stay. the location was superb and had everything we needed within walking distance.

The customer service was not the best, and we had some issues with overcharging. Despite these issues, we still had a good Easter break away.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right on the seawall, offering stunning views of the ocean. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the well-maintained facilities and the convenience of amenities such as a coffee pot always filled with fresh coffee.

One disappointment was the inconsistent room key, which required us to get new cards each evening.
