During my stay, I found the hotel to be clean, with friendly staff and a convenient location near various dining and shopping options. the facilities were inviting, and I appreciated the flexible check-in/out policy, allowing for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the workspace in the room was charming and practical, offering a pleasant environment for work, accompanied by pleasant views of palm trees outside the window.

The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast had a nice variety. the location was convenient for both visiting family and getting to the venue for my mom's 80th birthday party.

The cleanliness of the hotel did not meet Hilton's standards. the room had dirty sheets, a bug on the bed, and a dirty shower.

I chose Tru hotel for my mom's 80th birthday party venue and it was a hit! the staff was incredibly friendly, the room was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. the complimentary breakfast had a great variety. I loved the cute and functional desk in the room. Bonus points for the palm tree outside my window!
