The stay at Tru By Hilton was great. the room was clean, breakfast was good, and staff were amazing. They generously provided extra amenities when needed, including toothbrush and toothpaste. Pets were welcome without any issues.

Parking was an additional fee. Gate broken in the morning.

Got great value for my money with comfy room and friendly staff. Convenient downtown location made exploring easy. the team at the hotel were amazing!

I was in town for two nights for a quick business trip. the staff was incredibly accommodating, providing extra amenities upon request. the room was spotless, and the breakfast spread was satisfying. the hands-free pancake maker was a fun touch, and the personalized welcome message on the TV was a nice surprise. the ice and water bottle filler on the ground floor was convenient. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, constantly disconnecting from my phone, which was frustrating to deal with. Additionally, the comforter on the bed was slippery and kept sliding off during the night, disrupting my sleep.

This hotel was ideally situated close to attractions, with a welcoming ambiance and lovely decorations. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and towels provided. The lobby had a neat water bottle refill station and recyclable trash cans which were impressive.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

My room at Tru By Hilton was cozy and clean with a stunning view of the mountains. Loved the fun concept of soap dispensers, but took some effort to squeeze. Appreciated the variety of activities and a hands-free pancake maker for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

Central Location - Friendly Staff. the hotel’s location was great, within walking distance to downtown attractions and away from traffic sounds. the friendly staff was very accommodating and provided excellent local knowledge and recommendations. I also enjoyed the yummy lobby treats on hand for purchase.

Room Size & Lack of Amenities - Incomplete Construction. Unfortunately, the rooms were on the small side and felt austere with limited amenities.
