Tru By Hilton exceeded our expectations once again! The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. We appreciate their pet-friendly policy, as we always travel with our dog. Winter, who works the third shift, is a delight to interact with and consistently meets all our needs with a smile. We have found our go-to hotel in Knoxville and highly recommend it to others.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They offered a great breakfast buffet, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also convenient, especially for travelers on the highway.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. The room was a bit worn out and could have been cleaner, with noticeable spots on chairs and bathroom walls.

As young holiday goers, we loved the modern and vibrant lobby with plenty of seating and a billiard table. There were great access points from the parking area, and the hotel had a nice outdoor lighted patio area. Check-in/out from our phone made the process convenient, and the large TV in the room was a bonus. The hotel also had a fenced area outside for pets, even though we didn't have one. The breakfast provided was enjoyable, and the soaps, lotions, and shampoo were a nice touch.

We had a great stay recently. The breakfast was amazing, so much variety to choose from and really tasty food. The lobby was very inviting, we spent a lot of time hanging out there. The hotel was very clean and modern, with hard floors instead of carpet. We also really appreciated the friendly staff, they made us feel at home.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few small things that could have been better. The room was a bit on the small side and there was no room for our pack and play.
