Great location, super clean, and the decor is fresh and bright. The lobby was really nice for hanging out with family, plus pool tables! Breakfast was hit or miss, though—some staff were awesome, but others didn’t deliver.

We loved the convenient location, modern and clean hotel with comfortable rooms. The personalized "Welcome" on the TV screen was a neat touch. The bathroom was spacious and the staff was friendly.

De kamer op de 6e verdieping was ruim en heel netjes. Het bed was heerlijk groot en van goede kwaliteit. De inrichting was modern en alles was in perfecte staat. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was prachtig door de vele ramen. Gelukkig was er airconditioning aanwezig, wat erg prettig was. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en bood veel keuzemogelijkheden. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie van het hotel is perfect gelegen tussen twee steden, zonder enige geluidsoverlast. Er is een bushalte op enkele minuten loopafstand, waardoor het centrum gemakkelijk bereikbaar is. Het hotel biedt zelfs goedkope buskaartjes aan voor het openbaar vervoer. Het parkeren bij het hotel was natuurlijk geen probleem.

Er waren geen negatieve aspecten met betrekking tot de accommodatie. Het was een perfect verblijf in een perfect hotel.

Guests have praised the well thought-out rooms, particularly the large, bright and modern bathrooms. The lobby offers a variety of amenities, including "emergency" food and drinks, and there is a nice patio in the back where guests can relax.

Some guests have encountered minor inconveniences, such as running out of coffee creamer and encountering difficulty with temperature control in the rooms. However, these issues are overshadowed by the overall positive experience at the hotel.

The hotel had a very modern design with all the amenities I needed for my stay. The rooms, furniture, and spaces were smartly designed and clean. I especially enjoyed the fun games like billiards and shuffleboard in the lobby. The fresh fruit available throughout the day was a pleasant surprise. the location had a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere, surrounded by green fields and hills.

The breakfast options were a bit disappointing. While they had hot oatmeal, the toppings offered were limited to brown sugar, chocolate chips, and a dessert topping.

My recent stay at Tru By Hilton was absolutely perfect. As frequent travelers between Québec and Florida, this was by far our best experience. the hotel's location was great, and the lobby had a nice, welcoming atmosphere. the front desk staff recommended some excellent restaurants for dinner, one of them being DP Dough, which was just a quick 5-minute drive away. the food there was delicious and fresh, definitely worth trying if you're in the area. the hotel's design was simple yet modern, and I appreciated their eco-friendly approach, like recycling and avoiding single-use plastic bottles. the lobby also had games and complimentary coffee and tea available 24/7, which always puts a smile on my face.

I recently stayed at Tru By Hilton for one night while visiting Carilion New River Valley Hospital. The location was very convenient, just 1 mile away. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The lobby had a unique and modern decor that appealed to a younger audience. The king-size bed in my room was spacious and comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The breakfast had a good selection of pastries and delicious coffee.

Plenty of parking, clean and modern rooms with plenty of outlets and USB ports. Friendly staff and fun lobby games. Option to hardwire into the internet. Convenient location for accessing nearby attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff was incredibly helpful and understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date. They quickly resolved the issue, refunded us, and still managed to find us a room for the night. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a fresh scent and laminate floors. the location was convenient, right off the interstate, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the Tru design and the thoughtful amenities like a nightlight in the bathroom. the breakfast options were excellent, including a delicious cheese omelet. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.
