My stay at Tru By Hilton was fantastic! I was in town for two nights on business and everything exceeded my expectations. the hospitality was exceptional, rooms were spotless, and the breakfast selection was impressive. the new hotel had a laid-back vibe suitable for young adults, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and diligent. the convenient location near restaurants, shopping, and gas stations made my stay even more enjoyable.

Clean and spacious rooms, with comfy beds and pillows. Well-equipped gym facilities. Polite and welcoming staff. Gluten-free toast available for breakfast. Shower is a standout feature, with beautiful floors.

The hotel’s location is convenient with great access to local restaurants. You can find a variety of good restaurants “close to the hotel” that are “within walking distance”. The staff is friendly and courteous and the rooms are clean and comfortable with comfy beds. Breakfast is offered with a hot item, various cold sides and beverages. Additionally, there are facilities such as a pool, pool table, and board games that guests can enjoy.

One of the negative aspects is the breakfast service that could have been better implemented, as some guests were yelled at inappropriately regarding the use of hand sanitizer while getting drinks.

Our Thanksgiving stay was marred by the overwhelming presence of a rowdy kids' sports team. Parents drank heavily and allowed their children to run wild, leading to a chaotic and unpleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel.
