My family and I stayed at Tru By Hilton for a fun Spring Training trip. the location was perfect, close to games in Mesa and Tempe. Plenty of dining options nearby. the included breakfast was a hit with lots of choices. the bed was comfortable, and we could stream our favorite shows on TV. Relaxing downstairs area, quiet pool, and helpful, albeit new, front desk staff.

Can just recommend this hotel.
