We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, with the staff providing helpful advice on parking and nearby dinner options. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group of five. The rooftop pool offered stunning views and the jacuzzi was a nice touch. Dana, the receptionist, was amazing and her friendly attitude made our stay even better.

I had an amazing time at TRYP Miami Bay Harbor! The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was modern and comfortable, with everything I needed. The rooftop pool was a highlight, providing stunning views of the surrounding areas. The location was perfect, within walking distance of great shops and the Bar Harbor shops. I felt extremely safe in the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to restaurants, the Bal Harbor shopping mall, and not far from the beautiful beaches. The hotel facilities were great, especially the rooftop pool, which was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated being able to store my luggage after check out and still use the pool, shower, and gym facilities. The room was large and modern, with nice toiletries in the bathroom.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic swimming pool on the roof. the modern and stylish design of the hotel made my stay extra enjoyable. I also loved the fact that the hotel was located near the vibrant tourist area, making it convenient for exploring the city during my business trip.

On the downside, the hotel's parking fees were quite expensive. Additionally, there were some guests who did not follow the swimming pool rules, which was a bit unpleasant.

Beautiful view of canal from the balcony. Can't wait to come back when the restaurant and rooftop bar open. Convenient location.

The hotel offered clean and fresh rooms with good closet space and big showers. the staff was friendly and provided good service. the location was convenient and within a comfortable walking distance from the beach. the hotel had a beautiful pool area and sun deck, and there were enough clean towels available at all times. the hotel also allowed guests to bring pool towels to the beach, which was a nice added convenience.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. the hotel parking was expensive at $30 per day, and the nearby public parking was inconvenient.
