The check-in process was disappointing, beginning with an unready room that had unmade beds and garbage left behind. Even after filing a complaint, the promised cleaning did not happen until I called again. On a positive note, the spaciousness of the upgraded room allowed us to enjoy our stay more comfortably, and proximity to vegetarian dining options made meal planning easy. However, the lack of follow-up from the staff regarding our issues remained a letdown, detracting from what could have been a great experience.
