Despite the inconvenience, we found a creative solution by using foil to block out the early sunlight, allowing our granddaughter to sleep a little longer. The location was perfect, being in the center of town. The owner was wonderful and provided thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The overall layout of the house suited our needs perfectly, accommodating four adults comfortably. Despite a few drawbacks, such as the lack of shades or drapes on the stained glass bedroom windows, and the narrow staircase, these were to be expected in an older Victorian home. The HVAC system had some issues, but the owner had installed portable AC units to keep the downstairs cool. Construction next door did cause some noise disturbance, but the owner handled it well. we had a lovely time and would recommend this inn to others.

The old Victorian building had a charming and quaint ambiance. We loved the beautiful stained glass windows and wooden vaulted ceilings. The house was well-furnished with nice rugs and comfortable furniture. The linens and towels provided were of good quality. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, making it convenient to explore the old downtown area. We also appreciated the private dedicated parking area, which was a great convenience.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the lack of shades or drapes on the stained glass windows in the bedroom meant that the sun would come in very early in the morning, disrupting our sleep.
