We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, allowing us to be close to nature and enjoy the open sky and beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The amenities provided, such as the comfortable beds and clean restrooms, exceeded our expectations and made our glamping experience enjoyable. We also appreciated the complimentary water bottles, especially in the Arizona summer heat. We will definitely be returning to this place for our next glamping adventure!

Cozy tents with comfortable beds, thick mattresses, and lots of blankets. Well-designed reception area with various sitting areas inside and outside. Clean, heated restrooms and showers with provided towels and soap. Enjoyable firepits and comfy chairs for stargazing and making smores.

We were greeted by a friendly and accommodating staff member named Hannah R., who made our check-in process a breeze. She ensured that our tent was ready for us early and even helped us with our belongings. the tent itself was spotless and well-maintained, equipped with convenient amenities such as bedside chargers and lanterns. Hannah took the time to explain how everything worked, including the wood burning fireplace, which kept us warm during the chilly desert nights. She even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon. Hannah also gave us excellent directions for a stunning sunset viewing spot in the canyons. the live music during dinner was a lovely touch.

the food was amazing, and the surprise activities, like making a bird box, added to the fun. the cozy fire in the tent and delicious s'mores made for a memorable evening. I was also blown away by a talented young musician who performed with her guitar. If she had an album, I would definitely buy it!

I loved Sarah at check-in, she was so helpful. The tent was comfortable and in a great location. The camp cot and warm sleeping bags made it easy for our kids to adjust. The hotel provided delicious food and drinks, and the live music and family-friendly atmosphere were fantastic. The amenities like the bath houses and yoga in the morning were clean and convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at Under Canvas Grand Canyon. The tent was exactly as pictured and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The natural surroundings were beautiful and it was a refreshing break from the standard hotel experience. The evening activities were perfect for my elementary school-age kids and we really enjoyed the live music. Despite being a camping experience, the food was tempting and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

We appreciated the extra bed we requested, which was all set up upon our arrival. the bathrooms were clean and the complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. a special experience unlike any other hotel stay.

Delicious Locally Sourced Meals: The restaurant on-site offered breakfast and dinner with a menu filled with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. From the first bite of the breakfast omelette to the flavorful dinner entrees, every dish was a culinary adventure in itself.

Dirty Shared Facilities: The shared toilet and shower facilities were unfortunately not as clean as we had hoped.

Despite my worries about the heat, the staff provided sprayers in the tents to keep us cool and comfortable. We spent most of our days exploring the canyon, which was an amazing experience. I highly recommend staying in the Stargazing tent - it was so cool to gaze at the stars from the comfort of my own bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The food at this hotel was absolutely delicious, making each meal a true delight. I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and amazing location.
