The exotic food options and seamless transportation were exceptional, providing a truly immersive experience. the room's luxurious toiletries and comfortable beds made for a truly relaxing stay.

I encountered a mix-up with my room reservation upon arrival, which led to a delay in getting the room I initially booked for my honeymoon. This initial inconvenience dampened the first impression of an otherwise exquisite stay.

The resort is spacious, with ample rooms for families. The pools are well-maintained and provide complimentary amenities. Its proximity to Universal Studios allows for a convenient walk. The free express passes are a fantastic addition, making it a recommended choice for a Universal trip.

We booked our stay at Loews Royal Pacific Resort to take advantage of the free express park tickets. The hotel is conveniently located close to the parks, making it easy for us to walk there in minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was spotlessly clean with beautiful decor and furnishings. We were lucky to have an amazing room with a Jurassic Park themed kids bedroom and stunning views of the parks. The pool was great and we enjoyed delicious meals at the poolside bar. The river taxi was also a pleasant mode of transportation. a fantastic place to stay for a few days of fun at Universal. Highly recommended!

The hotel felt luxurious and peaceful, providing a nice retreat after a busy day in the parks. The pool area was relaxing and never too crowded. The short and pleasant walk through the gardens to Universal Studios was convenient, and the water taxi was an excellent and convenient option. this hotel provided a great value for its location, amenities, and quality.

I loved being able to easily access the park via shuttle or water taxi, and even walk there if I wanted to. It made visiting the park so convenient and hassle-free. The service at this hotel was top-notch. The staff here goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They were always courteous and eager to help with any request I had. They even went as far as to book a table for me at a popular restaurant upon my request. The customer service here is truly exceptional.

I felt like a VIP with Universal Express Unlimited ride access, special privileges at the parks, and dining with a Universal character. The lagoon-style pool gave me beach vibes, and the kids' club kept the little ones entertained.

Access to the exciting Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure via the complimentary water taxi added an extra element of adventure to our stay. The large open space with a bar allowed us to enjoy a refreshing drink while spending quality time with our children. The connecting play room with a dedicated kids' menu provided a perfect respite for our little ones, keeping them entertained and well-fed. Additionally, the poolside activities such as volleyball, ping-pong, and the kids' play area ensured that our children had a great time and made wonderful memories.

My wife says that the poolside music could be toned down a bit to create a more relaxing atmosphere for families with children.

We stayed at a hotel near the parks for convenience with transportation, only taking a few minutes by boat. The hotel had a lovely pool area with a sandy beach, and access to fast passes and early entry was a plus. Our modern, clean room was a bit snug, but the hotel staff provided amazing service and the breakfast offered tasty food in the lounge.

The shop had very little choice, and the watermelon was the main option in the Orchid Court restaurant.

The hotel stored our luggage before check-in and after checkout, which was convenient. The facilities are modern and family-friendly with a variety of dining options. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the park. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby and entrance are beautiful and add to the magic. The resort has a stunning pool area and offers complimentary shuttles to all the parks.
