My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute delight! the staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the water taxi service was so convenient, and the communication system was fast and efficient, allowing us to get useful messages promptly. the daily room service did an excellent job of keeping our room clean and serviced, and the pool deck servers were attentive and quick, ensuring we had a great time by the pool. the self-serve laundry was in working order and easy to use, a real lifesaver. the hotel's location is ideally located near Universal theme park and a stone's throw away from various attractions. Overall, a fantastic experience!

One aspect that could use improvement is the valet parking service. There were some issues reported by other guests about wait times and service inconsistency, which might affect the overall guest experience.

The property was stunning with no hurricane aftermath in sight, making for a relaxing vibe by the heated pool loved by the kids where poolside and room service were top-notch. The gym was massive and the transport boat to the park was a breeze. The only minor downside was thin walls, but, hey, a crying baby next door is par for the course in a family-friendly hotel! Can't wait for the Christmas return trip 🌟.

we greatly enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Creek. the hotel offers a clean facility with a nice pool area. the complimentary water taxi service to Universal Studios was convenient and fun, especially with Megan as our friendly driver. the beds were comfortable, and the staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were courteous and helpful. the location is excellent with easy access to City Walk for dining options and lively atmosphere.

The Universal's Loews Sapphire Falls Resort's convenient location on International Drive made it an ideal stopover for transit during my travels. The property's close proximity to universal'S Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Orlando Executive, at 15 km and 25 km away, respectively, provided easy access for onward journeys.

The maintenance and room service at the hotel fell short during my stay. Despite reporting a broken sofa bed, the crew left the room in disarray and tools were left behind for seven days, showing a lack of attention to detail.

The view from my room at Universal's Loews Sapphire Falls Resort was simply breathtaking. I could see the Islands of Adventure and it added an extra magical touch to my stay. The fact that the room had a bathtub was a nice surprise, providing a relaxing way to unwind after a long day of exploring Orlando.

The valet parking fee of $30 per day felt a bit steep, especially when considering the already high room rates. the response from the staff member during check-in, as described in the database, did not reflect the level of customer service I expected from a 4-star resort.

My recent stay was a tropical paradise, complete with tempting dining options and theme park perks. The resort was a peaceful escape, yet close to all the action. I loved the Caribbean-inspired design and thoughtful touches throughout. The outdoor pool was a highlight, perfect for unwinding. The tech features were a nice bonus, and the variety of recreational activities kept me entertained. a fantastic getaway with something for everyone. That tapas-style menu was a real winner!

We had an amazing stay! The rooms were clean, modern, and well-kept by the housekeeping staff. The pool area was fabulous, with the cleanest and nicest pool bathrooms we've ever seen. We enjoyed delicious and moderately priced food by the poolside and at the coffee/snack restaurant. The hotel staff was truly amazing, providing a five-star experience at a 3-4 star price. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to all the parks and offered reliable transportation options. We loved the frequent and convenient boat taxi to the Universal parks and enjoyed the great view of the pool from our comfortable and clean room.

My family and I recently stayed at a wonderful resort in Orlando and had an amazing time. The hotel had a great holiday atmosphere and the reception, rooms, and pool area were all lovely. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We tried all of the restaurants and the food was extremely tasty. The bar had a great selection of drinks and it was a really nice place to relax after a long day at the theme parks. The easy access to City Walk by water taxi was a bonus, and we loved the picturesque views from the terrace overlooking the lagoon. We fell in love with the resort and can't wait to come back next year!

Stayed at your hotel for three nights, four days. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was very, very wonderful. Especially the staff around the pool and the staff at the Anastasia was great. We had a wonderful waiter and on our final day Franceska, we sat outside on the patio and she was very attentive. Wonderful. Breakfast also. We arrived at the hotel late Friday night and had a bite to eat in the bar area. Was the only meal my daughter-in-law and I did not care for, drink was good and the music in the bar both evenings was very good.

Would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with convenient access to the nearby attractions. the water taxi service provided a unique and enjoyable way to travel to the parks and City Walk. the pool at the hotel was a great place to relax and have fun.

My only complaint was that the lifeguard training exercises at the pool were a bit distracting and took away from the overall relaxing atmosphere. It would have been preferable if these drills were conducted at a less busy time or in a more discreet manner.

my recent stay at loews in orlando surpassed my expectations. the location was excellent and the free transport to the park was a huge plus. the pool and outdoor facilities were relaxing and fun, and the staff were amazing and quick to respond.
