We had an amazing time at the hotel! The pool was heated, which was perfect for my daughter. It's great to see that the hotel takes care of their amenities. Additionally, the staff was incredibly accommodating. They allowed my special needs son to join us at the last minute when he was having a meltdown. Thanks to their understanding, he was able to participate in his events at the Special Olympics. I highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service and consideration.

I stayed at this hotel while visiting my daughter who attends the nearby University. The location was perfect, within walking distance to both the campus and local restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the wooded area. The breakfast was delicious, offering the usual options as well as a refreshing fruit bowl. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. a great value for the price.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Clean room, great breakfast, and friendly staff. Conveniently located near local breweries, and within driving distance to Acadia National Park. a good value with a sense of safety and security. Beautiful views of the river from some rooms and good exercise facilities available.

We had a fantastic stay at a pet-friendly room on the first floor with direct outside access. the rooms were comfortable, clean, and beautifully appointed. the staff, including a friendly front desk receptionist, made us feel right at home. the hotel also provided a delicious warm breakfast and even had a wine and cheese reception. the location was perfect, close to UMO and town, and we enjoyed renting kayaks and exploring the river. we had a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable experience at University Inn Academic Suites.

The hotel is not in a busy area with other hotels, so it's quiet and peaceful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with great bathroom amenities and views of the river. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the rooms that need improvement.

I absolutely loved my stay at University Inn Academic Suites. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas with a lovely tree in the lobby, creating a festive atmosphere. The front desk receptionist, who was a nursing student at the University of Maine, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The wine and cheese reception was a lovely touch and added to the overall experience.

This hotel has an excellent location, with many great restaurants nearby. The gazebo overlooking the river is a lovely place to relax. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms with a balcony offer fantastic views. The breakfast selection, including three juices and hot & cold choices, is included and satisfying.
