Had a fantastic time at the hotel! Staff was AMAZING and breakfast was delicious. Spa & pools were relaxing. Would return, though rooms looked different from photos.

My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise! the cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations, and the indoor pool and hot tub were just as inviting as they sounded. the hot breakfast buffet was a definite highlight - with a variety of options including freshly made Krispy Kreme donuts! the staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the location was spot-on, with easy access to all the major attractions in the area.

While my overall experience was fantastic, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. the shared balcony setup was a bit off-putting for me, as I prefer my own private outdoor space.

The breakfast was good, consistently hot, although a bit repetitive. Vacation Lodge's location is ideal, and the newly built section is impressive. The indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic for relaxation, complementing visits to nearby attractions like Dollywood, the Old Mill, and the Southern Gospel Music Hall of Fame. These landmarks added fun for my family, creating lasting memories and enhancing our overall experience.

The amusement park nearby had everything from go-karts to mini golf, making it a fun family destination. The trolley stop right outside the hotel was convenient. Great memories at Dollywood and delicious meals with all the fixings. Mountain Laurel Home had lovely country decor.

Oh, and let's not forget the lovely thin walls in the hotel room. It was a real treat to hear everything from the room above and outside our door.

Despite minor issues with the room, I enjoyed the aesthetic and the hardworking staff at Vacation Lodge in Pigeon Forge. The hot breakfast was a great way to start the day. The location was perfect for visiting Dollywood Parks. a pleasant stay with friendly guests.

At my first stay, the staff helped with parking. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, on-site parking, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, pool. I'm coming back for Easter.

The location of Vacation Lodge is fantastic, being close to both the Island and Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, with a great selection of fruits and hotcakes. The room was comfortable and clean, despite the bathroom needing some updating. However, the size of the room was smaller than expected, around 300 sq feet when the description had indicated a larger space.

The front desk staff, though professional, lacked friendliness. the indoor pool's location made it easily accessible to anyone from the street, which raised some security concerns.

our christmas party at pigeon forge was amazing, but our stay at vacation lodge was even better! the indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean and relaxing, the staff was superb, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. the location was perfect too. can't wait to go back!

My recent stay nearby was a blast—packed with attractions like the patriotic park with flags, an amusement park for family fun, tasty mountain-inspired dining, and convenient trolley access. The room was spacious, and the outdoor tubing hill was a hit. I enjoyed the mini golf course with jungle animals and tried the famous Southern-style meal. Can't wait to go back to explore more of the Smokies!

we stayed at the vacation and loved the new indoor pool and hot tub for the kids. our room, in the older section, had vinyl floors instead of carpet, greatly enjoyed the comfortable beds and balcony mornings. location good, staff friendly, breakfast tasty, and room clean. pleasantly surprised by the updated rooms despite the older exterior. bonus: easy access to second-floor rooms without stairs or elevator!

The Vacation Lodge offers a convenient location right on the main street, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions. I particularly enjoyed the access to unique stores and the opportunity to celebrate the great nation. The indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the hot tub, provided a relaxing way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The breakfast food did not live up to the advertised variety and quality.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious and always busy with plenty of options. We can't wait to return!

The trolley stop located right out front is a game-changer! It made getting around a breeze, like having your own personal chauffeur. We hopped on and off the trolley, exploring the town effortlessly. It was like having a magic carpet ride at our disposal.

Walls are thin.

During our recent stay at the hotel, Lightning Rod at the park was a thrill for the whole family! The rush of launching from 0 to 45 mph and racing down a 165-foot drop was truly exhilarating. The interactive splash battle on the blaster boats added an element of fun and excitement that had us all smiling.

My wife says that a kid-friendly area at the park would be great for families with younger children.
