As youngsters, we had a blast at L'Ermitage! The staff was friendly, the hotel had a sleek, modern vibe, and the gym facilities were extensive. The Jr Suites were spacious and luxurious, with a separate dressing/makeup area and a full marble bath. We loved the TV in the bathroom mirror - such a cool feature!

Located in a great area of Beverly Hills, the hotel is close to everything. It's just a 10-minute walk to the famous Rodeo Drive, perfect for some shopping. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The bathroom is luxurious, with a shower and a huge bathtub. The staff is exceptional and always friendly. They provide excellent service, accommodating special requests and going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, perfect for those looking for some culinary variety.

The dessert menu at one of the hotel's dining establishments was a bit disappointing, with only a few options available.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me. It was within walking distance to all the main sites in the city and close to a variety of restaurants in Beverly Hills. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel was in a very quiet area, allowing for a peaceful stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff did an excellent job of maintaining a high standard. The facilities, including the swimming pool on the rooftop, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing environment. The breakfast offered was delicious, especially the waffles. The staff at the hotel were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests.

During my recent stay at a top hotel in Beverly Hills, I was fortunate enough to experience their impressive Presidential Suite. From the moment I entered, I was in awe of the sheer size and opulence of the room. The suite boasted a spacious living room, a full dining room, a massage/spa room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large walk-in closet, an office. It felt more like a grand mansion than just a hotel suite.

Although my time here was short, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. If I were to rate this experience, it would undoubtedly deserve more than the standard five stars.

We recently enjoyed a Thanksgiving stay in a hotel in Beverly Hills. the hotel's location was perfect with a stunning view of the city and conveniently located near dining establishments. We also enjoyed the hotel's heated pool which was very relaxing and perfect for a dip on a cool evening.

The room was in need of some modern updates, and the hairdryer could use more power. the hotel lacked some exciting features, like a jacuzzi, that could have made our stay more enjoyable.

The hotel offered a free car service within a 3-mile radius, which was especially useful for us as trekkers and a group of friends. The staff, particularly the receptionist Joel, were incredibly helpful and always had a genuine smile on their faces. The overall ambiance of the hotel was wonderful, with beautifully decorated suites and comfortable furnishings. The location was perfect, just around the corner from the work venue we needed to attend. The chief concierge and bell boys were also very helpful throughout our stay.

We felt very well and had nothing to complain about.
