I had a fantastic stay at this Victorian bed and breakfast. The location is perfect, situated in a beautiful and charming residential area close to the free ferry station that takes you to downtown New York without any stress. The hotel facilities are impeccable, and everything is kept clean and well-maintained. The breakfast spread is amazing, with a variety of options including pastries, fresh fruit, and made-to-order eggs. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home.

The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options and a friendly atmosphere. the rooms were beautifully decorated with period pieces, adding to the charm of the stay. the location was convenient, close to the ferry and retail establishments.

The house and rooms were uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to relax and sleep. the lack of proper cooling systems, even with window AC units, was disappointing.

Simply stunning decor in a lovely home. Warm host and delicious homemade breakfast. Convenient location near the ferry to Manhattan. Immaculate rooms with comfortable beds and a cozy screened-in porch. Great place to relax after a busy day exploring.

The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. We loved the convenient parking and easy access to transportation. The location, right next to the Central Station and very close to the free ferry station that takes you to Manhattan, was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly.

Not obvious to find.

The atmosphere was absolutely great. You almost travel back a century by how the place is decked out. the host is a super nice lady, and everything is available. I was there for a half marathon, and she offered me to drive my down to the starting point. the breakfast is superb and Danuta will meet your meal preferences as much as possible.

If you are adventurous, I highly recommend staying here. But be cautioned that the surrounding areas of the North Shore of Staten Island are gritty and intimidating to an outsider.

The house itself was tastefully furnished with elegant paintings, furniture, and tableware. The bed was very comfortable and the location was convenient, with a bus stop around the corner that took us to the Staten Island ferry. I also enjoyed chatting with the host and hearing stories about the house.
