The resort had everything we needed, including a Tiki Bar, pool, and cabana set up. The on-site restaurant served delicious food and had impressive presentation. The place was clean and well-maintained.

The service at the bar was disorganized and could be improved.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Osprey for a few nights with my family. The location was great, and the hotel was absolutely beautiful and clean. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the friendly service from the gentleman at the tiki hut. It was a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for the peaceful atmosphere and the absence of any unwelcome guests. The other customers and employees were all very friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just down the street from restaurants and close enough to shopping without being right on top of everything. The room was beautifully decorated with a nice AC and a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, making sure the vending machines worked perfectly and keeping the hallways clean. The outside pool and tiki bar were a beautiful addition to the facilities.

The housekeeping staff could be a bit noisy in the mornings, which disrupted the peace and quiet.

During my stay here, I was impressed with several aspects of this venue. the location was perfect for me as it was in close proximity to the sports complex I was in town for, and just down the street from some great restaurants. Secondly, the service was excellent, especially the housekeeping and grocery shopping services, which made my life so much easier. Thirdly, I loved the leisure swimming pool and the sun terrace with its comfortable garden furniture; it was a great place to relax with a book or soak up some sun. Lastly, the room amenities were top-notch, from the flat-screen TV to air conditioning, everything was in perfect working condition.

We also appreciated being able to park right by our room door, making it easy to unload our car. Additionally, the early check-in option was fantastic for us. The Wednesday night singer and the great outdoor stage for bands were a fun added bonus. AJ at the pool bar provided excellent service, and both the staff and other guests were friendly, creating a great environment. we found this hotel to be a great value.
