I had a superb stay up in northern California. The location was beautiful, with amazing scenery on the drive up. The room was clean and comfy, with a nice mountain view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the home-cooked meals and the fresh-baked cinnamon roll for breakfast. everything about the hotel was spot on and I hope to visit again.

The room had thin walls, making it a bit noisy at times.

the location was breathtaking, with our cabin situated right next to a peaceful river. We enjoyed sitting outside on the table and chairs provided, taking in the stunning views and observing the local wildlife. the highlight for us was the delicious breakfast options, including a wide variety of gluten-free meals. the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we ever return to the area.

This hidden gem exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. the property offered basic cabins and shared bathrooms, which were a step up from my camping experience. the fact that there was a BBQ available for customer use was a great bonus, allowing us to enjoy a delicious outdoor meal. Additionally, the Italian restaurant on-site served huge and tasty pizzas that were a hit with my companions.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the cozy and comfortable rooms at this hotel. the wild west style decor added to the charm and made it a unique experience. Another great aspect was the onsite restaurant, where I enjoyed delicious and massive pancakes for breakfast. the restaurant offered a variety of tasty dishes, including a fantastic cinnamon pizza for dessert. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, being close to Bodie State Park, which was definitely worth a visit.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the wifi inside the cabin was not stable and only worked properly on the terrace.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I booked one of their cozy wagons and was pleasantly surprised to find it clean and equipped with electricity. The picturesque campsite by the creek provided a serene ambiance and plenty of privacy. I enjoyed the convenience of the propane gas fires and the beautiful walking trails nearby. my stay at Virginia Creek Settlement was divine, and I will definitely be returning.

We had an amazing stay at Virginia Creek Settlement Villa! the cozy cabin provided all the amenities of home, and the location right on the river offered a stunning view. the staff was super friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better. the little propane fireplace by the river and the s'mores kit we received upon arrival were delightful touches. It was truly one of our favorite places to stay, and we can't wait to come back!

I recently stayed at a unique and affordable hotel near Bodie for a couple of nights. The covered wagon accommodation was cozy and provided electric blankets to keep warm during the chilly night. The staff was welcoming and the campground by the creek was divine. The shared bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. I loved the privacy of my site and the peacefulness of the surroundings. Additionally, the on-site Italian restaurant served delicious pizzas, which were generous in size. it was a fun and memorable experience at Virginia Creek Settlement.

The cottages near the creek have their own BBQ and fireplace. There is a meat market nearby that sells quality steaks and bratwurst. The restaurant serves huge pancakes for breakfast and has gluten-free options. The rooms have comfortable beds and plush towels and bedding. The bathroom is newly remodeled and the provision of Keurig coffee is a nice touch.

The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting nearby Bodie, allowing for a full day exploration. The hotel offers a variety of accommodations, including cute cabins with modern bathrooms that are kept spotless. The friendly staff is always available to assist and provide courteous service. Guests can enjoy the peacefulness of the creek and even have their own firepit to relax by in the evenings.
