I wish the hotel could improve on providing daily room cleaning services for guests staying less than 7 days. it would be nice to have better replenishment of supplies such as paper towels, dishwasher pods, and hand soap in the rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at Sonesta ES Suites New Orleans. The location was superb, just a short walk from the St. Louis Cemetery No. 1 and the University Medical Center. The room I stayed in was a studio, which was spacious and came with all the necessary facilities, including a safe deposit box, air conditioning, and free WiFi. It was a delightful experience to have everything I needed right at my fingertips.

The only minor downside I encountered was a small issue with the night staff not following up on a problem with the TV's WiFi. However, the morning staff was quick to acknowledge the issue and offered to move us to a different room where everything worked perfectly.

Despite a few hiccups, the Sonesta ES NOLA shines bright! The location is unbeatable, with a warm and welcoming staff. Clean rooms, tasty breakfast, and unique touches like the 'NEST' and rooftop will keep us coming back for every family reunion. Just minor room issues, easily overlooked.

rooms🌟 had all required facilities and ample space. the ironing facilities came in handy. Only downside is the lackluster breakfast. Would definitely come back for the cozy rooms! 🛌

Brandon & Keith's exceptional service was a highlight, making up for the lack of towel replenishment and occasionally wonky key cards. The kitchenette was convenient for meals, despite limited food options nearby. An unforgettable experience worth returning for, thanks to Brandon & Keith's stellar hospitality.
