During our visit, we had a wonderful stay in a spacious and clean room with updated plumbing. The room had plenty of storage space and a small couch, allowing us to relax and enjoy complementary mimosas while watching the steam vents of the volcano. The location of the hotel is truly unique, right in the heart of the national park. We were able to wake up to the breathtaking view of the crater venting into the cool morning air. The service was excellent, and the restaurant offered creative cocktails made with local ingredients. Be sure to try the Guava Flow! our stay was unforgettable.

The hotel itself was nicely maintained, and I was impressed by its cleanliness. The facilities were appropriate with modern amenities, like the availability of iPads for loan. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the desolate lava landscapes, which I found fascinating. The staff at the hotel, especially Duryan, Alie, Jeffrey, and Beth, were friendly and made my stay even more enjoyable.

One of the highlights was the free tour guide of the volcano that the hotel offers every day. The rim view room was stunning, with mesmerizing views of the steam vents and crater. The restaurant also had great views and offered delicious food and excellent service. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, combining historic charm with modern amenities like iPads on loan. it was a slightly pricey but completely worth it experience.

The rooms at Volcano House were small but clean, bright, and offered a nice view of the crater. The bathroom amenities were generous and there was a safe in the closet. Although there was no TV, it was not a problem as we had our devices. The location of the hotel, in the park next to the crater and surrounded by hiking trails, arts, and visitor center, was excellent. The breakfast buffet provided a good and varied food selection to fuel our exploration of the National Park. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel was unbeatable. Situated right on the rim of the steaming Kilauea volcano inside the national park, it was incredibly convenient for exploring all the hikes we wanted to take in the National Park. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, especially from the restaurant overlooking the volcano crater.

We had a great Easter weekend at this hotel. the complimentary breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, and the fact that they had a shuttle to the nearby attractions was really convenient. the location was perfect for us as it was right in the middle of all the action. the restaurant had amazing food and a great selection of drinks. the staff was really friendly and made us feel at home.

Although we enjoyed our time at the hotel, there were a couple of downsides that we noticed. the furniture in our room was a bit outdated, which made it feel a bit cramped.

The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking! We were surrounded by stunning natural beauty and it was the perfect location for a romantic escape. We could see the beautiful crater and it felt like we were in our own private paradise. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Our stay at the Volcano House was a highlight of our Big Island trip. The cabins were cozy with comfortable beds and a fire pit for chilly nights. The location surrounded by eucalyptus trees provided a peaceful atmosphere. The nearby Visitor Center and Lodge were convenient, and the Volunteer-led Ranger talk was a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
