As foreign tourists, we loved the excellent customer service provided by Tundee and the valet. The staff always offered us water bottles and the Uber pickups were quick and convenient. The hotel's central location was also a great advantage for us, making it easy to explore the city. The outdoor pool/lounge with its stunning city view was a definite highlight.

We absolutely loved the ambiance and convenient location of this hotel. The Local Motive restaurant served great food, and we had an amazing time in the lounge area with the two beautiful bartenders. The nightclub vibes and live DJ spinning the hottest tracks from the 90s and 2000s were on point. The extra perk of free rides to local establishments with driver Alonzo was a great touch.

During my stay, I couldn't help but notice how everything was conveniently located. This venue was on the edge of downtown, and it was located near everything worth visiting. Apart from this, their service was something else. Room service was very prompt, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and approachable. I also took some time to lounge by the rooftop pool and the sun terrace, and their spa center provided excellent massage and beauty treatments that I enjoyed.

I would recommend this hotel to families in a heartbeat.

I had no idea my suite was so outrageously large and gorgeous! The views were so beautiful and the few friends I had over for my birthday were speechless as soon as they entered into the door. The suite was super clean, gorgeously decorated and I wish I could have stayed way longer! The staff was very helpful and eventful, and the location was very neutral to many locations of our choice.

I recently stayed at the W Atlanta Downtown for a conference. Despite being a Holiday Inn Express type of guy, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff was incredibly courteous and respectful, making me feel very welcome. They even allowed me to check in early and offered a hotel driver to take me to my destination. The room was clean, quiet, and the facilities were nice. despite the higher price, it was a very nice hotel.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. The gym was not very clean, so use it at your own risk.
