The courtyard and pool were absolutely stunning, creating a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. One of the highlights was the quirky and modern decor in the room, set within a beautifully restored old building. It was a delight to open the window and soak in the sounds of New Orleans. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, galleries, and stores. The staff was not only friendly, but extremely helpful. Mark went above and beyond by assisting us with our luggage before our city tour, and Brian at the restaurant/bar was a true gem. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return. I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend it to others.

During my recent stay at the W, I was impressed by the unbeatable location in the heart of the French Quarter. Being able to walk to many places made exploring New Orleans so convenient. Additionally, the outdoor courtyard at the hotel was absolutely stunning and provided a beautiful setting to relax and unwind. The rooms were comfortable, albeit with a slight 90s feel.

Although there were some small issues with toothbrushes not being delivered promptly and a faulty fridge, the hotel staff resolved these issues as soon as they were made aware. The young men who assisted with guests' cars were particularly friendly and helpful, with Quentill standing out as exceptionally hospitable.

I really got my money's worth at this hotel. The room was great, with a comfortable bed and beautiful courtyard views. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the French Quarter, and the staff treated us well with pleasant and accommodating service.

Food for breakfast could have been better, but everything else was top-notch.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect - right in the heart of everything, not far from all the action. The charming area it was situated in added to the overall appeal. Additionally, the service provided was top-notch. From room service and dry cleaning to laundry and wake-up service, they had it all covered. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the tours and ticket assistance made exploring the area a breeze.

All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The range of dining options, including a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and in-room breakfast, was impressive.
