The location made it easy to access most attractions, as there was a small subway station right next to the hotel, and some great restaurants within walking distance. Difficult to get a cab though.

My stay at The Maxwell was amazing! I booked on impulse and was pleasantly surprised. The staff went above and beyond for my birthday, upgrading us to a suite with a spectacular view. Nick and Fyaad were exceptionally helpful, and the bar downstairs served delicious food with a $30 voucher. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The 24-hour fitness center was a bonus.

I had an extremely pleasant stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent, right where I needed to be in Midtown East, and close to all the top attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and were very accommodating. The room was larger than other hotels I've stayed at in NYC, and the modern yet cozy decor added to the overall comfort. The hotel offered great perks, like three $30 vouchers to redeem in the living room bar, where I enjoyed delicious cocktails and dinner. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and the helpful suggestions from the friendly staff. I will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at a hotel in New York City and had a fantastic experience. the location was amazing – it was just a block away from the subway station, making it very convenient to explore the city. There were also many great restaurants within walking distance, so we had plenty of dining options. we were able to easily visit popular attractions such as Central Park, Times Square, St Patrick's Cathedral, and Rockefeller Plaza. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a cozy and comfortable ambiance. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was impeccable – they were friendly and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. The breakfast options were delicious and varied, catering to different tastes. To top it off, we enjoyed a breathtaking view from our room, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

I did find that the lighting in the room was a bit inconvenient, with no reading lights by the bed and lights only on one side.

I recently stayed at this luxury 4-star hotel in the heart of the city, and it was a fantastic experience. The location couldn't be better, with many popular attractions within walking distance, including the CS church at 9 E. 43rd St. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the Four Seasons Restaurant, the Yale Club, the Museum of Modern Art, and even Carnegie Hall and Per Se Restaurant for those who don't mind a longer walk. Plus, there was a fantastic pizza shop just around the corner, perfect for a quick bite after a day of exploring.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The room was larger than expected and very clean. The manager and his team went above and beyond to make our stay special, recognizing my birthday with a thoughtful surprise. The amenities, including the gym, were great.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, making it easy to explore all the top attractions in the city. It was also conveniently close to Grand Central Station, which made getting to and from the airport a breeze. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests or questions.

The noise in the hallways, particularly in the morning. It was quite disruptive and made it difficult to work, especially when there were staff members loudly chatting and doors slamming.

The hotel's location in Midtown East was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to transportation and popular tourist sites like Central Park, Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, and Broadway Musicals. The building was clean and the modern yet cozy decor added a nice touch. We especially enjoyed the lounge area and the Whiskey Blue bar, where we had a great time listening to music played by a DJ on Friday night. It was also a bonus that we were able to check in early, and the staff ensured visitors' safety by checking IDs in the late hours.
