We had a great stay at the Waikiki Gateway! The location was perfect, close to shopping, beaches, and all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and the WiFi was fast and reliable. We loved having access to amenities like beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. The hotel's upscale foyer and the abundance of natural light from the windows added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. Our room was very comfortable, and the reception staff were always helpful. a fantastic experience!

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great, just a short walk from the main hub and right across from the park leading to the beach. The room on the 12th floor had a beautiful view of the park and distant ocean. Additionally, the bed and bedding were comfortable, and the room size was spacious. We also appreciated that the hotel offered affordable rates for our family, which included our 3 young adult children.

We enjoyed our stay at Waikiki Gateway. The croissant, although available only on one day, was delicious. The staff, except for one new front desk employee, were kind and efficient. The valets were great and our cleaning ladies made our stay enjoyable. The lobby was beautiful with its wooden elephant sculptures and pleasant aroma. The kitchen area was spacious and the front desk personnel were committed to providing quick and friendly assistance. The hotel's proximity to the beach was a plus. The breakfast, while not a full Continental breakfast like in Europe, was still good compared to other hotels.

This hotel is a gem! It's located in a great area of Waikiki which was close to everything else. The staff is amazing and very attentive to details. The rooms are very comfortable with a large terrace and a beautiful view. Breakfast was included in the rate and had many fresh options.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with several restaurants nearby and a popular ABC store right next door. The hotel was also on the trolley line, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were fairly clean and the staff provided helpful recommendations for attractions and tours.

There were some issues with shuttle services not showing up, causing inconvenience to guests.

I had a fantastic week on Oah'u and stayed at the Waikiki Gateway Hotel. The check-in process was smooth and I was pleasantly surprised with a bag of water and local treats. The hotel went above and beyond to make my boyfriend's 30th birthday special. Even though the pool was closed, they allowed us to use the pool at a nearby hotel. The valet service was also excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The free paper and coffee in the morning were good perks, and the location was top-notch. It was right by all the restaurants and activities, and just a short walk to the beach. We also appreciated the comfy bed, which was perfect for our romantic getaway.
