Holy cow! This place blew my mind! The location was absolutely jaw-dropping, surrounded by breathtaking beauty. The full bathrooms were surprisingly clean and luxurious for a remote setup. And let me tell you, those tents were like TARDISes - way bigger on the inside than they looked! The beds were super comfy, and even on a cold night, we couldn't feel a thing inside. I wish we could have had a fire, but with the burn ban, that wasn't possible. But the real star of our stay was Randy! This guy was amazing, greeting us every day and making sure we had the best vacation ever. He even went out of his way to get us a heater and refill its tanks while we were out exploring. My kids were obsessed with him and the cows , and we all looked forward to seeing Randy every morning. The view was out of this world, and we even made friends around the community fire pits. The whole experience was simply mind-blowing, thanks in large part to Randy and the amazing staff. I can't recommend this place enough!

We had a blast at this campsite! The tents were huge, with a super comfortable bed and plenty of space. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The views of the mountains were absolutely stunning and the location was perfect for exploring Yellowstone. a great experience for low-budget travelers!

During our 2-month road trip through 30 states, my friends and I had the pleasure of staying at Wander Camp Yellowstone in Island Park. This hidden gem was the most stunning and unique place we experienced on our journey. The cozy tents were perfect for our outdoorsy adventure, allowing us to truly immerse ourselves in the breathtaking scenery of Yellowstone. The location was unbeatable, providing easy access while still giving us the feeling of being unplugged. The staff was exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The facilities were surprisingly good considering the remote location. a beautiful and semi-glamping experience that I highly recommend everyone try!

our stay at wander camp yellowstone was even better than our previous experience in island park. the tent setup was spectacular and the beds and bedding were comfortable and warm. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the view of the centennial mountain range was exceptional.

The view of the mountains was gorgeous, the bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The other guests kept their fires low so that we could see the stars well. It was a picturesque and comfortable way to stay near nature.

They even built a fire for us and we enjoyed some great conversations with them and other campers. the meals cooked on site were surprisingly delicious, and the views of the stars were breathtaking. a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

The bumpy access road to the campsite was a bit challenging for our car.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, with warm down duvet blankets that kept us cozy even on a chilly night. I especially loved the little potted plants that added a touch of charm to the tent.

Even though there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of electric and potable drinking water, as well as the absence of a trash dumpster , the overall experience at Wander Camp Yellowstone was memorable. The beautiful landscape, cozy tents, and warm bedding made up for any shortcomings.
