I love staying here! Staff found my forgotten jewelry once. Place has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour security, Coffee shop, Flat-screen TV. Coming back for Easter for sure!

Enjoyed the spacious 3-bedroom suite with individual bathrooms for each room. the TV in the front room was a nice touch. Found a wet spot from the A/C unit but staff was apologetic. Overall, a comfortable stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its amenities and comfort.

My recent stay at Washburn Hotel was delightful. I was in town for business and stayed for three nights. the welcoming and spacious atmosphere immediately made me feel at home. the staff was exceptional, especially Kelly at the front desk, who made sure I had a room with a view and provided helpful local tips. the comfortable beds and couch, well-equipped coffee shop, and large, clean facilities were highlights. the Roku TVs were a nice touch as well. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Washburn Hotel Suites provided a spacious three-bedroom suite with individual bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. the accommodations were comfortable for an extended stay, and the convenient attached coffee shop added to the pleasant experience.

Televisions malfunctioned, ROKU setup required personal accounts.

Stayed here for Easter weekend and had a blast! Loved having a whole apartment to myself, with a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer - super convenient! the location was perfect, right across the street from a university dorm, making it easy to visit my daughter. Plus, waking up to the aroma of fresh coffee from the coffee shop below was a delightful way to start the day.

There were a few drawbacks. the cleanliness of the apartment was not up to par, with dirty dishes and unclean toilet/shower.
