The property is conveniently located near shops and the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. Guests can enjoy outdoor games and unlimited water. The beds are comfortable and there are two doubles per room. The pool is fantastic and towels are provided.

We had a fantastic stay at Washington Park! The property is located in South Beach, a little tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the beach, but still within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service. We especially loved the clean and well-maintained pool area with complimentary beach chairs. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the beach, which was convenient. The Swizzle bar served delicious frozen drinks and we enjoyed the cool lounge, Employees Only, connected to the property. the experience was great and we felt right at home.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just steps away from the beach and close to all the main attractions in South Beach. Being able to walk to most places on South Beach was very convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with well-maintained and comfortable rooms. The staff members were great, accommodating and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

We loved staying here! The location is amazing, close to everything we wanted to see and do, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a beautiful beach resort just a short walk away. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and free toiletries. The staff provided excellent room service and were always on hand to help with any queries. We particularly enjoyed the leisure swimming pool and beautiful garden area, where we could relax and unwind after a busy day exploring.

The restaurant on the property was also outstanding, offering delicious food and great service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, it was the best sleep I've had in a long time. The room was also very modern and had all the amenities we needed, including a large closet with a safe and a fridge. The hotel also had free WiFi that actually worked, both in the room and by the pool. Plus, the staff at the front desk was helpful and provided us with a booklet of recommendations for places to eat and visit in the area.

The pool area was a bit small and located near the main road, which made it a bit noisy. Additionally, the manager was not very sympathetic or apologetic when we discovered that our room was not as advertised.
