The staff was friendly and helpful, quickly addressing any issues. The hotel had attractive decor, different from the typical hotel look. The breakfast and coffee were satisfying. The property was cute, with great detail and character, as well as being clean. It had a convenient downtown location, within walking distance to shops, bars, and restaurants. The indoor/outdoor bar & grill attached to the hotel was a nice addition. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a fireplace, kitchenette, and king bed.

Felt extremely safe, no reason to complain.

Newer hotel with nice river view, good breakfast options, walking distance to shops/bars, soundproof rooms. Spacious & comfortable deluxe king suite with fireplace and kitchenette. Nice décor and clean property. Live music at outdoor bar.

Our weekend getaway was a delight. The hotel's location by the water was breathtaking. The room was well-kept and the fireplace added warmth. The breakfast selection was good and it was a relief that they're still serving hot breakfast during these times. The hotel bar was lively and the entertainment was impressive.

Although the room was spacious, the high bed was challenging for older guests. The door to our room made a loud noise that was a bit alarming.

Our stay at this venue was truly luxurious. The well-appointed rooms were spacious and had exclusive amenities. We especially enjoyed the private facilities which were impeccable. The bar and lounge area were very chic and the service was impeccable.

The only minor issue we had was the lack of entertainment. Although the TV room was available, we were hoping for more leisure activities.

We had an amazing stay at this riverside hotel! The location can't be beat - waking up to the stunning view of the river was a highlight. The rooms were immaculate, and we enjoyed the comfy beds. The breakfast had a great selection of food and quality. Additionally, the service was fantastic - the staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved the bar area and its lively atmosphere. Our stay was complete with convenient facilities, like an onsite restaurant.
