This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, attention to detail and friendly staff. The historic charm was impressive, especially in the lobby with its original murals and decor. Its location was a great base for downtown attractions.

Everything was fine, there was not a single aspect that I believe could be improved.

The hotel's restored historic building boasts an incredible lobby with impeccable design details, including classic elevator cars. The staff is not only helpful and friendly but also knowledgeable about the building's history. The spacious rooms offer great water pressure and plenty of hot water in the showers. The location is excellent, with excellent downtown restaurants within walking distance.

Felt like VIP, with nothing being too much trouble.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The location was perfect - close to many downtown attractions. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of this place, and the room itself was modern, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of amenities like free Wi-Fi and complimentary welcome drink.

I recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at a downtown hotel that was within walking distance of many attractions. Also, it was very close to the event we were in town for. The art in the lobby was impressive, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the city. The bathroom was spacious and had great fixtures. We enjoyed our breakfast at the restaurant, and the facilities were well-maintained.

The noise from the nearby club was disturbing at times.

Valet parking was the only option and added to the cost. Some guests with dietary restrictions may struggle with limited restaurant menu options.
