the areas surrounding the hotel were quite unsettling with numerous homeless individuals, not to mention the broken lock on my first-floor window. i did expect some form of upgrade or compensation for my troubles, but apparently that privilege is reserved for others. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t, due to the many glaring issues.

The hotel is brand new and super spacious, perfect for families. We loved the full kitchen and washer-dryer combo—what a lifesaver! Everyone there seems to genuinely care about making your stay pleasant.

However, the bathroom's water issue was a tad too steamy for my liking—especially for a shower. I never knew 'hot' could be so. overly enthusiastic!

The room was spacious and included all the

amenities for a long stay, like a full kitchen and a washer/dryer combo. The staff were genuinely friendly, especially Saeed, who made us feel welcome. However, the floors could use a deeper clean. I noticed some missed spots. Overall, I'd recommend this place.

The facilities were amazing, spotlessly clean, and well maintained. I loved having a washer/dryer set in our room. it was a game changer for our long trip! The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers provided the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventures.

During my stay, I encountered several issues. The bathroom had a weak shower pressure, making showers less than refreshing. Additionally, the noise from the nearby highway was distracting, and I noticed unpleasant odors lingering in certain areas of the room. To top it off, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with slightly dusty corners reminding me that attention to detail was lacking. Lastly, the charging issues with credit cards were an inconvenience, as they kept attempting to charge my account days after checkout without prior notice.

This hotel is impressively new! The full kitchen with a washer and dryer made my stay extremely comfortable. Plus, the beds are super cozy, and the staff is quite accommodating!

The location is handy. there’s a gas station and a whataburger close by.

The studio suite was fantastic with a full kitchen and in-room washer and dryer that made our stay super convenient. We enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool and the sun loungers for some downtime. Just a heads up, the pet fee is quite steep, so plan accordingly! 🌊

The Moroccan pancakes were a fantastic breakfast option, and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. However, the check-in process included an unclear deposit charge that caused some confusion upon check-out, and there was a delay in having front desk support during late hours when we needed assistance.

It was just a well-suited match for a day tour in Tucson with extraordinarily good value for money. I liked the convenience of having a full kitchen in my room, which made it easy to prepare meals during my stay.
