During our xmas stay, we had a great time at this cozy spot. the room was spacious with comfy beds, and the clean bathroom had a good showerhead. the location near the road was super convenient for our travels. Additionally, the owner was kind enough to allow us to check in early, which was a nice touch.

The only drawback was the noise from neighboring guests opening and closing their door late at night. It disrupted our rest a bit, but we understood it might have been unintentional.

Fantastic beds! Friendly staff and clean rooms. Slept well and cozy ambiance. the outdated facilities were a nice vintage touch. Beds are a dream.

super affordable stay with comfy - clean bedding. quiet - restful rooms set back from the road. great for a stop between Mesa Verde and Arches. appreciated the separate shower and toilet setup - good for families. room was surprisingly large for a motel - with two queen beds.

Would be happy to recommend.

We stayed at a well-serviced hotel for a quick weekend getaway. the owner's son was gracious and attentive, giving us local tips. Quiet and clean rooms, surprisingly spacious and comfy pet-friendly accommodations. the central location made exploring enjoyable. Will definitely book again when in the area.

I found the hotel exceptionally clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. the staff were helpful and provided useful local information. the water pressure was satisfying, and the water quickly heated for a pleasant shower experience.
