The facilities were fantastic, with both indoor and outdoor pools available. We loved being able to take a dip and relax no matter the weather. the location was also perfect, as we were able to explore the nearby boutiques and enjoy the vibrant nightlife in the area. Plus, the history of the place added a charming touch to our romantic escape.

The hotel grounds were well maintained, and the heated bathroom floors added an extra touch of comfort. The spa services were exceptional, with Mary and Lynn being exceptionally talented therapists. They truly made my weekend a great experience. the service and amenities provided at this hotel were top-notch.

The staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and accommodating, really going out of their way to make sure all guest requests are met. The lobby is very nice and the dining experience in the restaurant was excellent both evenings. this place provided top-notch service and made my trip truly enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The breakfast and restaurant were delicious, and the staff were always pleasant. The bed was quite comfortable, and when we switched rooms, we were much happier with the size and space in the King room. The hotel facilities were clean, and the location in Latitudes, a restaurant perched on the rocks overlooking the harbor, provided a beautiful view. We also appreciated the convenient parking and the nearby transportation options. we had a great experience.

I absolutely loved staying here. The location was perfect for me as it was very close to an event I was attending. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful to me during my stay. They made sure that my room service was prompt and my laundry was done on time. My room was equipped with ironing facilities and the air conditioning was wonderful. The dining restaurant is a must-try, the food was delicious and the bar/lounge area is great for just hanging out.

I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone! The amenities and service are top-notch.

I recently stayed at this gorgeous old grand hotel located near the ocean. The rooms were comfortable and the facilities were well-maintained. I loved walking around the beautiful grounds and marina. The bar had a great selection of high-end spirits and the bartender, Louis, was skilled and friendly. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. it was a perfect high-end hotel experience.

Everything was spot on.

The hotel had a great location, with beautiful views of the water in all directions. the indoor pool was a definite highlight, especially for the kids, and the hot tubs, both indoor and outdoor, were a nice bonus. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. the valet service was a mess - they forgot to bring us luggage racks and seemed bothered when we called to ask about them.
