During our stay at Hilton Club West 57th Street, we had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Central Park, Times Square, and other attractions. One highlight of our stay was the excellent customer service provided by Ivy, the bellman, who went above and beyond to help us find a cab in heavy traffic.
