Plus, the motel's location directly across from the famous U-Drop Inn, a Route 66 landmark, added a touch of excitement to our stay. Although the town had limited dining options, the hotel itself was not to blame. Also, I appreciated that the staff warned me about the ATM traffic in the parking lot and advised me to park closer to the hotel. Small details like these made a difference. Even though I requested extra pillows and didn't receive them, I understand that many hotels have similar policies. I highly recommend Western Motel in Shamrock for its spacious rooms, cleanliness, and convenient location. It exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.
