We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being so close to the parks and all of Orlando's attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing us with ample space for our family of four. The staff, especially Melissa Lopez, were accommodating and helpful. We also appreciated the close proximity to shopping areas and restaurants.

Close to Disney, stores. Melissa, sales agent, was accommodating. Villa wonderful, staff kind. Daughter's 17th bday celebrated with decorated villa. Clean, kid-friendly, pools. Beautiful grounds, full kitchen, separate bedroom, balcony/patio. Short walk to landscaped pool. Quiet, nice, relaxing.

The shuttle service was quite disappointing. the schedule was not convenient and the wait times were long, making it difficult to maximize our time at the theme parks.

One more advantage that we enjoyed was the privacy of our accommodation, which allowed us to relax and unwind.

I had an amazing time at this resort! The location was perfect, being super close to the theme parks and having a wide variety of restaurants nearby. The rooms were absolutely stunning, with comfortable beds and pillows that made me feel right at home. The staff, especially Gabriel and the maintenance man in my room, were incredibly kind and accommodating, especially after a small mishap at the beginning of my stay. The hotel was extremely clean, and I loved sitting on the patio and watching the kids enjoying themselves in the pool. this was a fantastic and comfortable place to stay, and I highly recommend it.
