The Four-Bedroom Villa at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa was amazing! The spaciousness was perfect for my large group, and the decor made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. As a guest with mobility challenges, the accessibility features were a huge plus.

I wish the Studio Villa offered a bit more privacy, but that's just my personal preference.

The hotel is situated in a great area, close to shopping outlets, which was very convenient for us. The spacious rooms were well-appointed with modern amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We especially enjoyed the balcony facing the lake, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful view. The staff was attentive and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We encountered a minor issue during check-in where the representative insisted on my husband showing ID, even though I had booked and paid for the reservation. However, this did not hinder our overall experience at this fantastic hotel.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the parking, as there was limited space near the rooms and I had to use the garage. However, everything else was fantastic and didn't affect my overall experience.

We had a fantastic time at this venue. The location is excellent, right by the lake which made for some enjoyable walks. The staff was incredibly helpful, from the manager down to the rest of the team. They provided us with top-notch service, even offering us car hire and dry cleaning. The facilities were excellent too. We enjoyed using the fitness studio and the leisure facilities, including the sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi.

The check-in process was slightly inconvenient, but it didn't impact our stay. We recommend this hotel to friends and anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to popular attractions such as Universal and Sea World. the heated pool was also a plus, as it allowed the kids to unwind after a long day at the parks. In addition, the staff at the check-in desk were accommodating and helpful.

There were several disappointments during our stay. the first was the condition of the room.

Stayed at Westgate for a week-long vacation. Spacious room with a well-equipped kitchenette, balcony for breakfast, and convenience of getting Disney park cards. Great location near shopping outlets, impeccably clean, and friendly staff. A perfect place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay at this resort. the location was perfect for visiting the Orlando attractions. Compared to other similar properties in the area, the price was much better. the unit was spacious with a jetted tub and a large kitchen. the daily maid service was a nice touch, which is not common for a condo. the staff was friendly and helpful, although some were not as accommodating as others. We were upgraded to a fancy apartment and although we didn't get a chance to use the Jacuzzi tub, we made use of the kitchen and enjoyed the boardgames in the dining room. the resort had bonus amenities like mini-golf, which added to our experience. it was a great value for the money.

The check, in process was confusing and overwhelming, involving multiple stops and a pushy attempt to sign up for a time, share presentation. the long queue and lack of clear room numbering also added to the frustration.

The view from my balcony was simply amazing, overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The facilities, including the pool and spa, were fantastic, providing a great way to relax after a long day. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.

The mini golf being closed at 5pm was a bit disappointing.

We had a delightful stay at Westgate. Our suite overlooked the lagoon and was spacious and immaculate. The concierge was accommodating, providing a suite close to the pool and late check-out. They even rectified a mistake, upgrading us to a larger suite. The resort was vast, with a main pool featuring a lively DJ and several quieter pools. The location was excellent, with nearby parks and shopping options. a fantastic experience.
