I must say, we really got great value for our money during our stay at this resort. The room was nice with a great layout. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to assist whenever we needed help. a pleasant experience.

We had a great family holiday in February with a fantastic concert in Tampa Bay. the resort we stayed at was nice and quiet, perfect for a peaceful vacation. the apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full-size kitchen, and a lounge area. the staff was helpful and the grounds well-maintained. Plus, the resort was conveniently located near key attractions and amenities.

We were disappointed that there were no rooms available with a balcony, despite our request. It would have been nice to have the option to enjoy some outdoor space.

I loved the hot shower, it was incredibly relaxing. The hotel gave us a two bedroom villa instead of the one we paid for. The room was spotless and the beds were super comfortable. Additionally, the option for miniature golf added to the overall experience. The hotel may not be considered luxurious, but it is definitely clean and well-maintained. The relaxing sound of the fountain in the central lake/pond added a nice touch to the ambiance. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were genuinely friendly and competent, ensuring that guests had a pleasant stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Our stay at Westgate was amazing! We checked in late and the front desk person, Andres, was so nice and polite. The room was bigger than expected, with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect for our visit to Universal, and we found it very easy to access the highway and theme parks. We will definitely be staying at Westgate again in the future!
