We had a wonderful time at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of attractions nearby. The hotel itself was well cared for and beautiful, with nice and clean rooms. The staff were very friendly and nice, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The amenities were excellent, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and fitness center available. We also appreciated the onsite restaurant, bar, and room service options. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay enjoyable.

We loved the spacious 2 bedroom oceanfront villas with balconies for beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The pools, both kiddie and large, were great for the family. The staff, including the concierge Alliyah and waitstaff Kim, were friendly and went above and beyond. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the beach was wonderful. The Christmas decorations added a magical touch to our stay.

The parking situation was quite inconvenient as we had to park our car across the street from the hotel. Additionally, there were issues with the room's maintenance, including rusty pipe fixtures and stained bathtub.

We absolutely loved the location! The public access boardwalk beside the complex made it so easy to explore the area. The poolside bar was a hit and the on-site restaurant never disappointed. The amenities were fantastic, especially the 24-hour security. we had a great time at this resort.

I stayed in the North tower at this place and it was pure luxury. The rooms were upgraded and the view from the balcony was amazing. The location here is perfect, right in the center of all the activities and just a block away from the beach. The room amenities were top-notch, including a bathtub and free toiletries. I was pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine and dryer in the room, making laundry a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. I was extremely happy with my stay here.

Our stay at Westgate was well worth the money. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to the oceanfront. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
