We had a great Christmas holiday at this hotel. the location was perfect, just minutes away from the theme parks. It was so convenient to be close to all the attractions. the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially liked the outdoor area with plenty of seating and grills, perfect for enjoying the warm weather. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the cleanliness could have been better, as we noticed some missed crumbs on the counter and trash in the hallways.

I must say, for the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen was a nice bonus, fully equipped with everything we needed. Plus, our view of the lake made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.

When it comes to breakfast offerings, there was one small area for improvement.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was extremely helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with a fully equipped kitchen in the room and a coffee shop on-site. Transportation was made easy with free bus transfer to the parks. this hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel's prime location was one of the best aspects of our stay. We were just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions and entertainment options. Another advantage was the comfortable beds, providing a great night's sleep. Moreover, we were able to enjoy the New Year celebrations with a stunning view of the fireworks from our high, floor room.

The circuit breaker frequently tripped, causing inconvenience. Additionally, the shower in the master bathroom felt unstable and in need of repair.

It is in a good area with easy access to car hire, shops, and other commercial services. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including a laundry service and a free shuttle service for guests. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a kitchenette, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! The customer service was fantastic, and the location couldn't have been better. There were plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, including Wet n Wild and Universal Studios. The beds were incredibly soft, making it easy to drift off to sleep. As vegetarians and vegans, we were thrilled to find that the kitchen was well-supplied with high-quality utensils.

We stayed at Westgate for a week and had a wonderful time exploring Universal and Seaworld. The location was perfect, with easy access to both theme parks. The view from our room was stunning and the facilities, like the new cooker, dishwasher, and washing machine, were really convenient. The sparkling white towels were a nice touch. The highlight for the kids was definitely the terrific pool, where they could unwind after a long day of adventures.

We stayed at this hotel for a family trip to Universal. The location was perfect, right across the street from Pirate Dinner and very close to Universal. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Our accessible room was well-appointed and the shower for our disabled family member was well-maintained. The suite itself was fantastic, with two twin beds, a queen bed, and a fold-out couch in the living area. Two bathrooms with showers and a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to Universal, although we didn't end up using it. a great place to stay with family.
