The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always welcoming us with a smile. We also appreciated the fact that they offered a free shuttle service to Disney World and other nearby locations. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with a few little touches that made it feel like a home away from home.

There were a couple of things that we weren't too fond of during our stay. Firstly, the check-in process took longer than expected, and we were exhausted from our long journey.

The hotel's location was convenient for traveling to the Disney theme parks and other attractions via the Disney bus or nearby regional theme parks. The rooms were spacious with a kitchen and multiple bathrooms. The housekeeping service and maintenance team were attentive to guests' needs, quickly resolving any issues. Additionally, the hotel offered a small game room and laundry facilities for guests' convenience.

There were occasional noise complaints from adjacent rooms that management could have addressed better.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room. The living area and kitchen provided ample space for our family. The location was also ideal, close to attractions and amenities.

Special mentions to Myrna at the front desk and Miguel Cruz for their excellent customer service. Their help made us feel at home.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the location was perfect - just a short distance from the Disney attractions and other parks on the Disney bus. Plus, the hotel was close to the water park, which was a big bonus for us. we were very impressed.

During our recent stay, we were impressed with the spaciousness of our one bedroom suite at Westgate. The whirlpool in the room added a luxurious touch to our relaxation. The shuttle drivers were consistently punctual and friendly, making our transportation a breeze. we enjoyed our time at the resort and would recommend it to others.

The location of the resort is convenient for visiting the nearby parks and scenic areas of Orlando. The staff, including the cleaning crews and maintenance staff, are friendly and provide good service. The room we stayed in was nice and clean, with a jacuzzi that my wife enjoyed. The pools on the property were also a nice feature.

The high-pressure time share presentation was the only downside of our stay.
