We recently stayed at Willow Tree Inn for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The laminate flooring in our clean and spacious room was a nice touch, and the mini refrigerator was a convenient addition. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for us, being close to the strip and within a short distance of Silver Dollar City amusement park. The affordable price, easy check-in process, and delicious complimentary breakfast with a variety of options made our stay even better. The kind lady who prepared the breakfast went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable.

For breakfast offerings, it would be nice to have more towels available and the ability to get extra coffee throughout the day without restrictions.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Serenity Inn, where the rest of our family was staying. Unfortunately, Serenity Inn was booked and our room there was not up to standard. However, we were pleasantly surprised by Willow Tree Inn. The hotel was impeccably clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The location was convenient, close to attractions like the IMAX theater and just a short drive from the bustling 76 area. Our room was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of options including biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, and waffles. The breakfast area was also clean and well-maintained.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel during New Year's. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast provided was adequate, and we appreciated the fact that parking was free. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

One minor issue was that we could smell smoke in our non-smoking room, which seemed to have been unsuccessfully covered up with room deodorizer. Another inconvenience was that the phone in our room did not work.

We stayed at Willow Tree Inn for 3 nights during our visit to Silver Dollar City. The location was perfect, with attractions like the butterfly place and the dinosaur place just around the corner. Everything, including shopping and another amusement park, was within a 5-mile radius of the hotel. The rooms were clean and I loved that they had linoleum instead of carpet, making it feel even cleaner. The staff was friendly and the prices were affordable. it was a wonderful stay with a great location, clean rooms, and a friendly staff.

Great location! the hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and shopping areas. We were just a short distance away from Silver Dollar City and the butterfly place. Plus, there were plenty of dining options within a 5-mile radius. the proximity to everything made it easy to explore the area.

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. There were food crumbs and debris under the bed that hadn't been properly cleaned.

The hard-wood floors ensured a hygienic environment, free from dirt and bacteria. We also appreciated the table with two chairs, which allowed my spouse and I to work on our laptops separately.
